Returns Policy

4.1 — 14-day refund. We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you buy training from X4MIS or through any third-party platform and later decide it isn't right for you, you're entitled to a full refund within 14 days.

This refund is subject to fair use, and won't apply if:

• one or more of your staff have fully completed the training course, or
• X4MIS determines the training was used before the refund was requested.

4.2 — Annual subscriptions. If an annual subscription renews automatically after its term ends, this refund right no longer applies once that renewal has happened — regardless of the reason for the refund request.

4.3 — Other refund clauses. Nothing in this clause affects the separate refund provisions in Clauses 10.1 and 10.6.
