X4MIS knowledge base and e-learning options

X4MIS offers the following options to access hundreds of content, knowledge, how to processes, tools, templates and e-learning programmes.

Unfortunately, due to the $000's of dollars per month it cost to provide this knowledge base, tools, downloads and training, as of 01 May 2026, we've had to add a small subscription fee to our previously free services.

We hope you understand this need to deviate from our vision of the last 6 years to provide free access to content and training.

Our e-learning programmes are 50 to 70% less than the traditional "overpriced" change management programmes with similar or better outcomes.

X4MIS Change Methodology Knowledge Base:

• The X4MIS Knowledge Base enables more effective planning, implementing, and troubleshooting of change initiatives.

  Unlike a lengthy 500-page how-to guide, it is a collection of articles, tools, and templates you can select and apply as needed to suit your specific change program.

  It is designed to be practical, flexible, and continuously evolving—helping to build both your individual and organisational change management capability.

• The X4MIS methodology knowledge base has four functions; Compose, Manage, Embed, and Enable. Within each function, articles are grouped into three categories:

  • Methodology– Guidance on applying the X4MIS framework.
  • Tools – Downloadable processes, tools, and templates.
  • Resources – Case studies, examples, and additional insights.
